I was skeptical about the volume claims, but along with the shampoo I actually enjoy seeing my hair fuller, softer. I really do not have to use much and I have discovered there is definitely added volume as well as softness to my hair. I do have short hair and since it is so fine I can use all the help I can get. I have experienced conditioners that have a "greasy" feeling to them, but this conditioner does not feel like that at all. Great product!
